Hiring: Control Room Operator (SCADA) – Boisar, Maharashtra
About the Role: Socius is looking for a vigilant, tech-savvy Control Room Operator to monitor and manage continuous plant processes for our project at Viraj Profiles Private Limited in Boisar, Maharashtra. You will be the eyes and ears of the plant, ensuring operations run safely and smoothly through our automated systems.
What You Will Do:
- Continuously monitor, control, and optimize plant operations using SCADA systems.
- Track key process parameters (such as flow rates, pressure, and motor loads) to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Acknowledge and respond to system alarms, troubleshooting operational issues in real-time.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Shift Incharges, Operation Technicians, and field teams over radio/communication systems to adjust process flows.
- Maintain accurate shift logs, production reports, and incident records.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience operating SCADA systems in an industrial control room environment (experience in Wet Milling, Waste Management, or Beneficiation plants is a plus).
- Education: Candidates holding at least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be given strong preference.
- Skills: High attention to detail, quick decision-making under pressure, and strong communication skills to guide field operators.
