Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Officer to join our team. The role involves working directly with farmers and dealers to promote, install, and support drip irrigation systems. This is a field-based role with a focus on relationship building, technical support, and sales coordination.
Responsibilities
- Visit farms and interact with farmers to promote drip irrigation systems
- Supervise system installations and coordinate with technical teams
- Provide after-sales service and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and local contacts
- Conduct field demonstrations and participate in awareness programs
- Generate leads and maintain follow-up records
- Prepare basic reports on daily activities and progress
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of field experience (preferred)
- Freshers with strong interest in agriculture are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
- Driving License with a valid license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned areas
