The Clinical Counsellor will be responsible for providing professional counselling and emotional support to students, helping them manage academic, behavioural, social, and personal concerns. The role includes conducting individual and group counselling sessions, identifying students requiring additional support, maintaining confidential counselling records, coordinating with parents, teachers, and school leadership, and developing interventions for students facing emotional or behavioural challenges. The counsellor will also contribute to student well-being programmes, awareness sessions, and preventive mental health initiatives while ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment. A Master’s degree in Psychology/Counselling Psychology or a related field, along with relevant experience in a school or educational setting, is preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
