Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools and techniques to detect and resolve system issues.
- Experience in managing service requests and maintaining service level agreements effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot multi-layered technical problems.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
