- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns and premature babies at home as per the doctor's treatment plan.
- Monitor the baby's vital signs, feeding pattern, oxygen saturation, weight, and overall health condition.
- Administer medications, oxygen therapy, tube feeding, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and aseptic techniques to protect the newborn from infections.
- Identify early warning signs of complications and immediately inform the pediatrician or neonatologist.
- Educate parents on newborn care, feeding techniques, hygiene, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, monitor daily progress, and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators, suction machines, and monitors.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to parents while promoting a safe and healthy home environment.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards, patient confidentiality, and all clinical protocols during home care services.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
