We are seeking an experienced and visionary Architect to lead the design and development of innovative and sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior architects, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale architectural projects.
- Translate client needs and business requirements into functional and scalable architectural solutions.
- Create and review architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee quality control, compliance with regulations, and adherence to best practices.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Licensed Architect (if applicable to field, e.g., construction).
- Proven experience leading complex design and architecture projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM (for construction), or relevant software frameworks (for IT/software).
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of design principles, building codes, and sustainability practices.
Construction Senior Architect (Built Environment)
