As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads, building client relationships, and promoting our fitness and wellness offerings. You will serve as a brand ambassador, educating prospects on the value of our services and helping them select the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, train, and work alongside sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Driving Sales Performance: Implementing strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Fostering high-level relationships with new and existing clients to increase loyalty and sales.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and reporting results to upper management.
- Collaboration: Working with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, with demonstrated experience in leadership or mentoring.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams and drive a positive, high-energy culture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and CRM software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
