We are seeking a Customer Telecaller support Executive to engage with pre-qualified leads, conduct follow-ups, and manage relationships with existing customers across international markets. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and comfortable working in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international leads
- Follow up and nurture relationships with potential customers
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients
- Update CRM systems accurately with call notes and statuses
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service or telecalling is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global setting
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
