Customer Support & Field Executive – Pneumatic Tools
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit existing customers and understand their service and product requirements.
- Coordinate and resolve customer service needs promptly.
- Attend new customer references and visit their locations.
- Explain suitable pneumatic tools and product solutions.
- Follow up with customers and enquiries to generate business.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Submit regular visit and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active, confident, and willing to travel within the field.
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial tools is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Experience in pneumatic tools / industrial products will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives, based on experience.
Pay: ₹15,511.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
