We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive who is proficient in Hindi, Malayalam, and English. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer calls, responding to queries, and managing written communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Maintain communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in converting customer queries into sales.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up with potential customers.
Requirements:
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, Malayalam, and English.
✅ Ability to manage customer calls and provide solutions effectively.
✅ Basic computer skills (email, WhatsApp, and CRM handling is a plus).
✅ A positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
