Job Summary
Talati & Partners is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of premium architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while maintaining seamless coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for luxury residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and executed work for billing purposes.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.
- Identify site challenges and proactively resolve execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation, site records, and daily progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Coordinate with MEP teams and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving timely project completion.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior and architectural site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent site coordination and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of finishing materials and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic project documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in luxury residential or commercial interior projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling high-end residential or luxury interior projects.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites within Mumbai.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
