Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our center's sales operations and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B/B2C sales management, preferably in the EdTech, training, education, or hospitality industry. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and partnership development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve the center's monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage a strong corporate, institutional, and school partnership pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Monitor and optimize the sales conversion funnel from lead generation to active memberships/enrollments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales and Outreach teams to maximize productivity and performance.
- Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective sales processes and relationship management.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
