Job Title: Business Development Executive – Education Industry

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the education industry. This is a field sales role, requiring frequent visits to schools and educational institutions. The candidate must have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in selling to schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within schools and educational institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and key decision-makers
- Execute end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, presentations, negotiation, and closure
- Promote and sell Drawing stationary and drawing competetion in the school.
- Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations at schools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports
- Stay updated on trends in the education sector and competitor offerings
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of Business Development experience in the Education Industry
- Prior experience in selling to schools is compulsory (Any Product)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Willingness to work in a field sales role with regular travel within the city
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
- Experience with school book publications, ed-tech products, or academic solutions
- Existing network of school contacts
- Ability to understand school curriculum and academic requirements

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
