- Call and follow up with clients interested in overseas job opportunities
- Explain overseas vacancies, work permits, immigration processes, and company services
- Generate and convert leads into clients
- Handle clients from India as well as international markets
- Maintain proper client records and follow-up data
- Coordinate with recruitment and documentation teams
- Achieve monthly sales and client conversion targets
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of immigration or overseas recruitment preferred
- Ability to communicate with international clients professionally
- Sales or telesales experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹15,000.00 per month
