About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Division/Showroom Manager to lead the overall operations of our retail showroom.
Job Description
- Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily showroom operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, cash management, and administration.
- Manage stock availability, inventory control, and product replenishment.
- Analyze sales trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to improve business performance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ready to travel all over kerala showrooms.
Education: UG/PG
Experience: 8 to 15 years
Salary: 25K to 35K
Location: Perinthalmana
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
