This role is ideal for someone hungry to build a career in B2B SaaS sales. You will be the tip of the spear — identifying the right prospects, crafting compelling outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. QUALIFICATION Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any stream KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo based on defined ICP. Execute multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads. Craft personalised outreach messages and follow-up sequences tailored to prospect industry, role, and pain points. Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations and hand off sales-ready prospects to Account Executives. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, responses, and lead status in the CRM. Monitor outreach metrics — open rates, reply rates, connection acceptance rates — and continuously refine messaging. Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and relevant business triggers before outreach. Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, connect rates, and qualified meetings booked. Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to messaging improvements. Stay updated on platform features across LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Hands-on ability or willingness to learn prospecting tools — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo. Ability to build targeted prospect lists by industry, company size, designation, and geography. Strong written communication for cold outreach — emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences. Comfortable making cold calls and conducting introductory conversations with confidence. Basic understanding of B2B sales processes — lead generation, qualification, and pipeline handoff.
