Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers
Resolve customer issues or route them to the right department
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow up on calls where required to ensure resolution
Meet daily and monthly call-handling targets
