- Technical Documentation: Preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, material approvals (MARs), and cost estimates.
- Project Execution & Coordination: Overseeing on-site installation, resolving coordination issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conducting inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of systems to verify performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and modeling software like HAP or Dialux.
- Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and electrical codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA, IPC).
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3–5+ years of experience in construction or design.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
