Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Support Salesforce solution design and implementation activities.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing and solution validation.
- Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services processes.
- Work on account, opportunity, quoting, pricing, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate on integrations with finance platforms.
- Ensure delivery of scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
