- Building Systems: Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC operations.
- Maintenance & Repair: Ability to diagnose mechanical failures and execute both corrective and preventive maintenance (PM) strategies.
- Safety Protocols: Deep knowledge of safety regulations, such as OSHA guidelines and hazardous material handling.
- Technical Interpretation: Capacity to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Team Management: Ability to delegate tasks, set work schedules, and motivate a team of technicians.
- Vendor Management: Experience negotiating contracts, sourcing parts, and managing external contractors.
- Conflict Resolution: Capability to handle disputes, manage personnel issues, and keep morale high during crises.
- Training & Development: Skill in onboarding new hires and upskilling existing staff
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
