Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
- Manage office inventory and stationery.
- Process invoices, bills, and purchase requests.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Assist HR with employee onboarding and administrative support.
- Maintain attendance records and office-related reports.
- Ensure office cleanliness and proper facility management.
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Admin Executive or Office Administrator.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace is an added advantage.
