Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects and services Promote HVAC products such as Split AC, VRF/VRV systems, Chillers, and ventilation systems Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable HVAC solutions Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders Coordinate with the technical team for design, estimation, and execution Achieve sales targets and generate revenue Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants Conduct site visits and follow up on leads Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Support marketing activities like campaigns, presentations, and product promotions Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and products Strong communication and negotiation skills Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement ability Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
