Roles & ResponsibilitiesAccounts
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Generate invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Process vendor bills and prepare payments as approved.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and petty cash.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist auditors and accountants by providing required documents and reports.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, courier, and document filing.
- Maintain office stationery and pantry inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
- Maintain office assets and ensure proper record keeping.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare meeting minutes when required.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Support HR with onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and smooth day-to-day functioning.
General Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Coordinate with project teams for documentation and expense records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in records.
Job Location
The candidate should be willing to work from the company's office and may be required to visit project sites or vendors within Mumbai and nearby areas, as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
