Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns related to ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services within packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability.
- Understanding of low-code platforms and their application in extending packaged software capabilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
