Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate. You will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and converting leads into successful transactions for our residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Actively follow up on inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline via CRM.
- Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections, and close high-value deals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of active sales experience strictly within the Real Estate sector.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for site visits.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
