The Role
This is not a desk job. As the Senior Vigilance Officer, you will serve as our primary defense shield against corporate, financial, and legal risk. You will be responsible for independently auditing, investigating, and verifying the authenticity of high-stakes legal documentation, financial histories, and family credentials.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Investigations: Conduct on-ground physical verifications at Village Offices, local police stations, and political administrative offices to validate certificates.
- Financial Forensics: Audit 3-year bank statements and income certificates of subjects to detect financial anomalies, unexplained cash injections, or coercive funding trails.
- Sensitive Interviewing: Conduct highly professional, discreet interviews with families and local neighborhoods to establish genuine relationship links and uncover hidden risk factors.
- Report Writing: Compile iron-clad, objective, evidence-backed Field Intelligence Advisory Reports within strict 7-day turnaround times.
Who We Are Looking For
- Background: Ex-Servicemen (ESM), Military Police, Intelligence Corps, Retired Law Enforcement, or Corporate Fraud/Forensic Investigators with 5 to 12 years of hands-on investigative experience.
- Skills: Exceptional document scrutiny skills, a natural sense of skepticism, and an analytical mindset.
- Languages: Absolute fluency in Malayalam and strong professional communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license and be willing to travel extensively for field inquiries across Kerala.
