Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to walk-in customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT products and services
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales orientation with a customer-first approach
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Product knowledge of IT hardware, accessories, and technology solutions preferred
