About the Role
Dr. Aravind’s IVF is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented OT Technicians to support surgical and fertility procedures by ensuring a safe, sterile, and well-equipped operation theatre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operation theatres before procedures and surgeries.
- Arrange, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist doctors, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment and report any issues.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and transfer.
- Maintain OT inventory and stock of surgical supplies.
- Document OT activities and maintain records as per hospital guidelines.
- Support IVF-related procedures and ensure smooth OT operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Sc in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or relevant qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization, and infection control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
