Position Overview
Kohinoor Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Redevelopment to identify, evaluate, and acquire redevelopment opportunities across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in society redevelopment, land acquisition, stakeholder management, and deal closures. The role requires strong networking abilities, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the redevelopment ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Redevelopment Acquisition
- Identify and map redevelopment opportunities, housing societies, and land parcels suitable for redevelopment.
- Generate new business through field visits, networking, referrals, brokers, consultants, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Co-operative Housing Societies (CHS), society committee members, landowners, brokers, and redevelopment consultants.
- Conduct society meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure redevelopment mandates and development rights.
- Source and acquire land parcels, redevelopment projects, and joint development opportunities.
Feasibility & Due Diligence
- Conduct technical, legal, financial, and commercial feasibility studies for redevelopment projects.
- Coordinate with architects, legal consultants, surveyors, and project teams for project evaluation.
- Analyze market trends and prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports to assess project viability and property value.
- Ensure compliance with redevelopment regulations, RERA guidelines, and local authority requirements.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations with societies, landowners, and stakeholders regarding commercial terms and redevelopment proposals.
- Prepare and review representation agreements, purchase agreements, development agreements, deeds, leases, and other transaction-related documents.
- Drive the complete deal lifecycle from lead generation and proposal submission to agreement execution and project handover.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of documentation and approvals.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with society members, brokers, channel partners, consultants, and government authorities.
- Represent the company at industry forums, networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the redevelopment process.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate records of redevelopment opportunities, negotiations, and project status.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, business development updates, pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging redevelopment opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate business development, redevelopment, land acquisition, or project sourcing.
- Proven track record in society redevelopment negotiations and deal closures.
- Strong network with housing societies, brokers, consultants, and landowners in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
- Experience handling redevelopment documentation, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
