Role Summary
We are looking for a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for electrical power projects. The candidate will ensure timely project execution through effective planning, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and schedule management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project baselines, and milestone plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend recovery plans.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in planning Electrical/EPC Power Projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
