About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Executive / Sr. Executive – CRM to join our Global Operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer data management, reporting, and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regular database updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Develop and execute customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Generate CRM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to improve customer experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements within CRM workflows.
- Stay updated with CRM best practices and new Microsoft Dynamics 365 features.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in CRM or Customer Relationship Management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
