Job Description
We are looking for qualified and experienced MBA Faculty with Ph.D. in Management, with Business Analytics as the main area of expertise. Candidates with strong knowledge and teaching experience in Business Analytics, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Visualization, AI and quantitative techniques will be given special preference.
Position 1: Faculty – Business Analytics, Marketing & Quantitative Techniques

Qualification:
- MBA (Marketing / Business Analytics / relevant specialization) with First Class – minimum 60%
- Ph.D. in Management
- MBA must be obtained through Regular Mode only
- Distance / Correspondence / Online MBA candidates are not eligible
- Strong specialization/experience in Business Analytics is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective classroom teaching and complete the syllabus as per the academic schedule.
- Take a leading role in Business Analytics-related subjects and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, case studies, presentations, and analytical exercises.
- Handle practical sessions using Advanced Excel, Power BI, Business Intelligence and AI tools.
- Mentor students and guide them in projects, internships, research, and analytics-based assignments.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.
- Undertake research and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Participate in FDPs, conferences, seminars, and industry-academia activities.
- Support accreditation, documentation, and quality initiatives of the institution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge and practical expertise in Business Analytics – Mandatory/Highly Preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization and AI.
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant specialization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Effective student mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate analytics and technology into management education.
Eligibility
MBA with First Class (60% or above) through Regular Mode only + Ph.D. in Management.
Special Preference: Candidates with strong academic/professional experience in Business Analytics, particularly Advanced Excel, Power BI, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, AI and quantitative techniques, will be given preference.
Candidates with MBA obtained through Distance / Correspondence / Online Mode will not be considered.
