Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Production Executive to manage daily momo production, ensure consistency in dough and filling, reduce wastage, and supervise the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily momo production (dough, filling, shaping, packing)
- Ensure consistency in wrapper quality (no cracks, correct thickness, 10g standard)
- Monitor filling yield and control wastage
- Manage and supervise production staff
- Maintain hygiene and FSSAI standards
- Track batch-wise production and raw material usage
- Improve efficiency and reduce production errors
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in food production / central kitchen / frozen foods
- Hands-on experience in production (not only supervision)
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to manage 5–15 workers
- Problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
- Experience in frozen food / bakery / meat processing
- Experience with semi-automatic machines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
