Role Summary
Looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Specialist to help grow our client base across Trucking, Commercial, Personal Lines, and Life Insurance.
Your main job is cold calling. We will provide you with lead lists — you call them, introduce Nova Coverage, and get them interested in getting a quote from us. You are not selling insurance — you are setting the table for our producers to close. Once you make a call, our CRM automatically sends follow-up emails and text messages to the prospect, so your call is backed by a full automated marketing campaign.
What You Will Do Every Day
- Make 50+ outbound cold calls per day from lead lists provided by Nova Coverage
- Call new FMCSA authority filings — new trucking companies that need insurance right away
- Call freight broker leads — introduce Nova Coverage for cargo, general liability, and commercial coverage
- Call new venture leads — new businesses that need insurance for the first time
- Once we have a client base: call existing commercial clients to cross-sell personal lines and life insurance
- Get prospects interested and set appointments for our producers to follow up and quote
- Log every call, outcome, and appointment in Agency Zoom (CRM) — this triggers our automated email and text follow-up campaigns
- Follow up with warm leads who showed interest but did not book an appointment
- Communicate with your team through Microsoft Teams throughout the day
Tools You Will Use
- Agency Zoom — our CRM where you log calls, set appointments, and track leads (this triggers automated emails and texts to prospects)
- NowCerts — our Agency Management System for looking up existing client information
- Microsoft Teams — for daily communication with the Nova Coverage team
- Lightspeed Voice (Phone System) — for all outbound calls (auto-recorded)
- Lead Lists — provided by Nova Coverage (FMCSA filings, new ventures, freight brokers, cross-sell lists)
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting (insurance experience is a big plus)
- Confident and clear English communication — you will be calling U.S. business owners directly
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day (50+)
- Able to handle rejection and keep going — cold calling requires persistence
- Good at following a script while still sounding natural and conversational
- Disciplined with logging every call and outcome in the CRM
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in U.S. insurance lead generation (personal or commercial lines)
- Knowledge of trucking, freight, or small business industries
- Experience using CRM tools like Agency Zoom, HubSpot, or similar
- Good at handling objections and turning a “no” into a conversation
What Success Looks Like
- 50+ outbound calls per day, every day
- 10+ qualified appointments set per week for producers
- Leads are logged correctly in the CRM so automated follow-ups fire properly
- Prospects feel welcomed and interested — not pressured
- You build a rhythm and the pipeline grows consistently week over week
Pay: ₹9,881.54 - ₹40,000.00 per month
