Role Objective
The incumbent will be responsible for developing business opportunities and increasing market penetration for ALUK aluminium systems in Raipur and surrounding regions of Chhattisgarh through project sales, consultant engagement, and channel development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional projects
- Identify and track upcoming construction and façade projects in the assigned territory
- Promote ALUK systems to architects, builders, developers, consultants, and contractors
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the market
- Conduct regular customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business association
Channel & Fabricator Development
- Develop and support fabricators/channel partners in the territory
- Coordinate with fabricators for technical discussions and project execution support
- Expand ALUK’s market reach through strategic partner development
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate internally with estimation, design, and operations teams for proposal submissions and technical support
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Support collection and payment follow-up activities wherever required
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
- Share regular market feedback and project updates with management
Reporting
- Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
