Install, inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
Attend plumbing complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly.
Maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
Repair leaks, pipelines, valves, pumps, faucets, and plumbing accessories.
Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing equipment.
Monitor water storage tanks, pumps, and pipeline networks.
Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and hospital maintenance standards.
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for renovation and repair works.
Qualifications
ITI in Plumbing or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience
2–5 years of experience as a Plumber in a hospital, healthcare facility, hotel, or commercial building.
Required Skills
Strong plumbing installation and maintenance knowledge.
Ability to read plumbing layouts and drawings.
Troubleshooting and repair skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
