We're looking for someone who can both design and edit — turning raw footage, AI-generated assets, and creative briefs into sharp, scroll-stopping content across talking-head videos, ad films, reels, and brand campaigns for corporate, real estate, retail, and lifestyle clients.
What You'll Do
- Edit and design across formats: talking-heads, ad films, reels, brand campaigns, social/print graphics
- Integrate motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animation into videos
- Work across Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva)
- Use AI tools (Seedance, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Dreamina) for AI-driven content and virtual influencer videos
- Composite AI-generated footage with live-action/motion graphics, incl. logo tracking
- Own color grading, sound design, pacing, and final polish
- Collaborate with strategy team to translate briefs into final creative
- Maintain organized project/asset libraries; mentor juniors
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in an agency, production house, or design/content studio
- Advanced hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, plus core design tools
- Experience with AI video/image generation and compositing AI footage seamlessly
- Strong eye for pacing, visual rhythm, and design aesthetics — creative instinct, not just execution
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/tight turnarounds without quality loss
Nice to Have
- Logo tracking, screen replacement, advanced VFX compositing
- AI UGC / virtual influencer production experience
- Motion design or 3D/CGI (Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Portfolio showing range across corporate, brand, and social-first work
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
