Role Summary:
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling Sleeply’s D2C online business. This role owns platform performance, order operations, cross-functional coordination, and execution of day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end D2C operations on WooCommerce.
- Monitor daily orders, revenue, conversions, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, CRM, marketing, and finance teams.
- Manage WooCommerce backend, product listings, pricing, offers, and integrations.
- Ensure SOP adherence for order processing, fulfilment, and returns.
- Act as escalation point for operational or customer-impacting issues.
- Managed and optimized performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels to drive traffic and conversions.
- Handled end-to-end digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Planned and executed Amazon marketplace strategy, including product listings, SEO, pricing, and promotions.
- Drove significant sales growth via Amazon, optimizing campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Deals, Coupons) to improve visibility and conversions.
- Monitored and improved ROI across all paid channels, with a strong focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Analyzed campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Seller Central to take data-driven decisions.
- Led A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and product listings to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinated with marketing and creative teams for ad creatives, banners, and campaign strategies.
- Managed inventory planning and demand forecasting for marketplace platforms like Amazon.
- Ensured optimization of product ranking and organic visibility through keyword strategies and content improvements.
