Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from business and hiring managers.
- Create job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media platforms.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
3. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipeline.
5. Offer Management
- Manage the offer negotiation and offer rollout process.
- Maintain communication with candidates until joining.
6. Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
7. Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain recruitment data and prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and pipeline status.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills
- Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
