Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and student acquisition activities for our digital marketing training institution. The role focuses on coordinating campaigns, managing leads, supporting admissions marketing, and ensuring smooth execution of both online and offline promotional activities.
This position requires strong organizational skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to work closely with trainers, admissions teams, and external vendors.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns for course promotions
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media, email, and ad campaigns
- Support SEO, paid ads, and content marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign timelines and ensure timely execution
Lead Management & Admissions Support
- Coordinate with the admissions team for lead follow-ups
- Track leads from multiple channels (website, ads, social media, walk-ins)
- Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking systems
- Prepare daily and weekly lead and conversion reports
Content & Brand Support
- Coordinate content creation for social media, websites, and promotions
- Assist in preparing brochures, posters, banners, and course materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Support trainers with promotional content for workshops and webinars
Events & Promotions
- Coordinate webinars, seminars, demo classes, and workshops
- Support offline marketing activities such as college visits and events
- Liaise with designers, printers, and digital vendors
- Manage event promotion and post-event follow-ups
Reporting & Analytics
- Track marketing performance and basic analytics
- Prepare campaign reports and insights for management
- Support data collection for ROI and marketing effectiveness
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education or training institutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Hands-on exposure to social media platforms and ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or basic reporting tools
