Astitva Systems Private Limited is seeking a motivated US IT Staffing Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our US IT staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for US IT staffing services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and direct clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present customized staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Pay: ₹10,643.70 - ₹24,320.48 per month
