Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions by making 40–50 impactful calls daily to parents and leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Conduct effective counselling sessions for students and parents, guiding them through the admission and enrollment process
- Manage and track enquiry data, digital leads, follow-ups, and admission pipelines with high accuracy
- Ensure strong conversion outcomes by defining clear next steps, maintaining regular communication, and successfully closing admissions
- Coordinate between the school team and the ARIV team to ensure seamless communication and admission operations
- Plan and execute outreach programs to drive admissions and achieve external enrolment targets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination within the centre.
Ideal Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate (mandatory)
- Experience in education sector; sales background is a plus
- Strong communication, planning & coordination skills
- High ownership, proactive mindset & ability to meet timelines
- Willing to work full-time from school campus (Monday–Saturday)
