Lead Product Manager – AI Products & Platforms

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Lead Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap execution, customer discovery, and cross-functional leadership across multiple AI-driven products.
Role Overview
As a Lead Product Manager, you will define product vision, drive strategy, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products. You will work closely with founders, engineering teams, AI architects, designers, customers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative Agentic AI and SaaS solutions.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical understanding, leadership, and strong execution capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.
- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive differentiators.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive innovation using Agentic AI and intelligent automation technologies.
- Own quarterly and annual product plans and roadmap execution.
AI Product Management
- Lead development of Agentic AI and workflow automation solutions.
- Understand LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, MCP, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate closely with AI and engineering teams on architecture and integrations.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Customer Discovery & Market Research
- Conduct customer interviews and requirement workshops.
- Gather feedback and convert insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Validate product ideas and business hypotheses.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Drive product planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate product reviews and decision-making sessions.
Product Delivery
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release.
- Create and review PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Product Analytics & Performance
- Define KPIs and success metrics.
- Track adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product outcomes.
- Present product performance reports to leadership.
Team Leadership
- Mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts.
- Establish product management best practices and processes.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience managing multiple products simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring Product Managers/Business Analysts.
