Fixerly Engineering and Building Private Limited is looking for a skilled Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and commercial maintenance works and possess a valid electrical permit.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works in flats, villas, apartments, and commercial buildings.
- Install and repair switches, sockets, lights, fans, MCBs, RCCBs, and related electrical components.
- Perform plumbing maintenance including leak repairs, pipe installations, tap replacements, sanitary fittings, and drainage troubleshooting.
- Attend service calls and emergency maintenance requests.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and identify potential issues.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintain service records.
Requirements
- Valid Electrical Wireman Permit or Electrical License.
- ITI Electrician or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in both electrical and plumbing maintenance works.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial maintenance practices.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
