- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of AC and HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
- Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, thermostats, and related components.
- Attend to guest room, restaurant, office, and other resort AC-related complaints.
- Monitor HVAC systems for proper performance and energy efficiency.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance work.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and kept in good condition.
- Follow safety procedures and resort maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for major repairs and replacements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
