Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff regarding appointments and patient flow.
- Process billing, payments, and issue receipts when required.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma or HSC in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in front office, receptionist, customer service, or healthcare administration roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
