Hiring: Full-Time Counselling Psychologist
We are looking to hire a full-time Counselling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team.
Location: Atria Institute of Technology, Anandnagar, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Psychology
- Experience in therapy and psychological assessments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counselling and therapy sessions with students
- Administer psychological assessments and maintain case documentation
- Work closely with the Student Welfare and Academic Support teams
- Design and facilitate mental health workshops, awareness programs, and psychoeducational sessions
- Develop and implement preventive mental health initiatives on campus
- Povide crisis intervention and risk assessment when required
- Support students with academic, emotional, interpersonal, and adjustment-related concerns
- Participate in student outreach activities, orientation programs, and well-being campaigns
- Engage in case discussions, supervision, and professional development activities
Pay: ₹28,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
