Job DescriptionAs an Air Ticketing Executive, you will play a vital role in facilitating flight bookings for customers. Your main task will involve managing ticket sales and assisting customers effectively over the phone or in person.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Booking Flights:** Handle customer inquiries and efficiently book airline tickets according to their travel preferences and schedules. This includes selecting the best flights that meet their needs.
- **Customer Support:** Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or changes in itineraries.
- **Ticketing Procedures:** Understand and follow airline ticketing rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in bookings.
- **Payment Processing:** Manage transaction processes for ticket sales, ensuring that payments are collected accurately and securely.
- **Documentation:** Maintain records of sales, customer information, and transactions, keeping all documents organized and up-to-date for future reference.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and assist them in their travel plans.
