Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
* Plan, build, and deploy high-impact digital and traditional marketing campaigns aligned with our core business milestones.
Content & Copywriting
* Craft compelling, highly engaging narrative content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Brand & Social Media Management
* Manage our active social media channels, engage with our community daily, and continuously elevate our online brand aesthetic.
Lead Generation & Collaboration
* Partner closely with sales and product development teams to execute lead generation strategies that nurture prospects from awareness to conversion.
Event Coordination
* Assist in planning and seamlessly coordinating digital webinars, community events, product launches, and experiential activations.
Market Intelligence
* Conduct routine market research to stay ahead of cultural trends, consumer behavior shifts, and industry benchmarks.
Data & ROI Optimization
* Monitor real-time campaign performance using digital analytics tools to maximize campaign ROI and optimize conversion funnels.
Required Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in **BBA, BCom, MBA, BCA, BSc**, or any related field with a strong interest in media, technology, or communications.
Experience
* 0 to 2 years of experience.
* Freshers with a stellar portfolio, creative drive, and an eager-to-learn attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
Communication
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to structure thoughtful, clean, and engaging prose.
Versatility
* Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, and respect deadlines.
