About the Role
Digital Areo Pvt Ltd is a business solutions and digital marketing agency serving clients across Australia. We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive to manage and execute SEO campaigns that improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation for our clients.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Local SEO, Content SEO, and modern search optimization. You should be comfortable working on multiple client projects and staying up to date with Google's latest search and AI developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Conduct keyword research using search intent and competitor analysis.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawlability, and website performance issues.
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, schema markup, and image alt text.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page speed.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly landing pages, blogs, service pages, FAQs, and location pages.
- Implement content optimization using E-E-A-T, semantic SEO, and topical authority.
- Execute backlink building campaigns through outreach, guest posting, niche edits, and digital PR.
- Build and maintain local citations and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Improve local search rankings and Google Maps visibility.
- Optimize websites for Google Search, Google AI Overviews, Bing, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Search, and other AI-powered search platforms.
- Monitor algorithm updates and implement SEO best practices.
- Track website performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with rankings, traffic, backlinks, technical improvements, and recommendations.
Required Skills
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Local SEO, and Content SEO.
- Experience with backlink building, citation management, and outreach campaigns.
- Working knowledge of AI SEO, Google AI Overviews, LLM SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, Rank Math, Yoast SEO, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of schema markup, WordPress SEO, basic HTML/CSS, and website architecture.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience handling SEO for service-based and local businesses.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted SEO workflows.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
